A Small Computer on Your Hand, Isn't it Nice?

Several days ago I was wandering from one shop into another without any particular purpose; I just enjoyed looking on new and extraordinary things. In one of such shops my attention was attracted by unusual watches. I had been examining these watches for about fifteen minutes when I heard a shop assistant who was explaining functions of the watches to a customer. He said that these watches contained barometer, compass, altimeter, chronograph and something else, but I didn't manage to remember everything. I was surprised!
