Twister jeans are a relatively new style of jeans which were first popularised by Levis in the late 1990's with a series of television adverts. The defining feature of twister jeans is the way that the seams are sewn up the leg. Instead of running straight up and down the leg, as with a regular pair of jeans, the seam on twister jeans runs from the outside of the ankle, then goes in towards the knee and then round the back again. They are designed to follow the natural contours of the legs, making for a very comfortable pair of jeans which allow you to move naturally and freely, and they also look great!
